Wraparound Care

Our early morning breakfast club,’Kites’, runs from 8.00am Monday –Friday.

All children will have a glass of milk, juice or water, and then settle to books, drawing, puzzles, or other quiet activities.  We will provide breakfast between 8.00am and 8.20am this will be toast with a choice of butter/jam/Marmite.

The children will enter Kites through the double hall doors from the main carpark by reception. They can then walk through the school indoors to join their classes.

The cost each day for this service is currently £3.00.

Our after school club,‘Trinity Plus’ runs Monday-Friday.

3.15-4pm = £4

3.15-5pm = £8

3.15-5.30pm = £11 (Monday – Thursday only)

For those children who do IG Sports, Music or Drama Clubs there are also the following options:

4.15-5pm = £4

4.15-5.30 = £6 (Monday – Thursday only)

Children will have a glass of milk, juice or water, and then settle to books, drawing, puzzles, or other activities.  Older children may choose to use the time to do their homework!  Children who stay after 4pm will be offered a snack (toast, fruit, vegetable batons, bread sticks, cheese, humous, biscuit or similar).

Children should be collected from the main hall double doors from the main carpark by reception.

To make a booking for our wraparound clubs.

• First please log onto ParentPay
• Click the name of the child you wish to book
• Locate the menu
• Select it and select Clubs
• Next, select View Club then make your relevant bookings

You will need to make payment for the selected sessions to be confirmed. 

Bookings

We open the bookings term by term to ensure everyone can book what they need and to enable parents to be able to pay and budget each term.

Childcare Voucher Schemes

For those parents who wish to pay using tax-free child care vouchers, please email the office, Office@trinityfirstfrome.co.uk, before making your bookings.

We will add credit to your account to enable you to book.  You will then be required to make payment via your chosen voucher scheme and email us the details so we can ensure the funds are sent to us for the provision. 

If you are paying using Computer Share, our organisation name is ‘Trinity Plus’.
