Wraparound Care

Our early morning breakfast club,’Kites’, runs from 8.00am Monday –Friday.

The before-school club will open at 8:00am. Upon arrival, children will be offered a glass of milk, juice, or water before engaging in quiet activities such as reading, drawing, or puzzles. Breakfast will be served between 8:00am and 8:20am, consisting of toast with a choice of butter, jam, or Marmite. Parents can drop off their child(ren) at the main hall double doors, located adjacent to the gate from the main car park.

The cost each day for this service is currently £5.00.

Our after school club,‘Trinity Plus’ runs Monday-Friday.

At the end of the school day, children will go straight to the after-school club from their classroom. They will be offered a glass of milk, juice, or water and a biscuit before settling into books, drawing, puzzles, or other organized activities. Older children may choose to use this time to complete their homework. Parents should collect their child(ren) from the main hall double doors, located adjacent to the gate from the main car park. For children staying after 4:00pm, a light tea will be provided. This may include toast, baked beans, fruit, vegetable batons, breadsticks, cheese, hummus, biscuits, or similar options.

To make a booking for our wraparound clubs via Arbor App

Step 1: Payment

Topping up: You can add funds to your account by selecting “Payments” and “Top up account.” You can add the exact amount needed or a higher amount for future purchases.
Paying with vouchers: If you use the tax-free childcare voucher scheme, you will be able to book without topping up. If you are new to the scheme, please email the school office so we can set up your account to receive voucher payments.

Step 2: Booking Wraparound

Portal: Click the “Clubs” icon or find “view student profile” on the left-hand side, then click “Activities” and “Clubs”.
App: Scroll down and tap on “Activities,” then “Clubs”.
Click on the wraparound club you want to book and select “Register for this club”.
Choose membership and dates: Select the correct membership option (see below) and click “Next”. Then, select the specific days you want to book and click “Apply” or “Next”.
Daily Membership: This option allows you to book variable days and one-off sessions throughout the term.
Confirm time slots: Choose the required time slot(s) from the dropdown menus and click Next”.
Review and pay: Confirm the session days and timings, as well as the total cost. Click “Register child for club”.
The amount will be deducted from your account. If you do not have enough funds, you will need to top up your account first.

Bookings

Bookings are opened at the end of each term for the following term. Please keep an eye on emails and the newsletter as to when the bookings are live. We kindly ask that parents ensure they pre-book their child(ren’s) place, as there are limited numbers to ensure a safe pupil to staff ratio.

Important Notice About Wraparound Provision
We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse a place in our wraparound provision if a child persistently does not meet our behaviour expectations. This ensures we can provide a safe and positive environment for all children attending.
