Safer School Streets for Oakfield, Trinity and Critchill

Frome Town Council is exploring making the streets around Oakfield, Trinity and Critchill a School Street. This means that parents, guardians and students will be asked to travel actively to school: walking, cycling or scooting, and if you need to drive, to park and stride 5 minutes where possible. They would like to hear your views and hope to implement a pop up in time for school returning on 7th September. Please see leaflet on the newsletters page which includes a short survey, which is also available here:  Safer Streets Survey

The aim of the project is to create a safer, less congested area around the schools, reducing air pollution, enabling social distancing and boosting health. For any enquiries please contact: info@frometowncouncil.gov.uk or call 01373 465 757
